How do I register?

You can place an order on our site only after registration, it takes about a minute.

Choose a convenient way: When placing an order/ Without placing an order

Select the products and add them to the "Cart".
Specify the delivery method and address:
Select the payment method.
Enter your last name and first name.
Enter the phone number.
Click the "Get code" button. The code will be sent to the number you specified.
Enter the code in the special field:
Enter your e-mail.
Click the "Pay for the order" button.

How to place an order on the website?

Select the product you like and add it to the Cart.
Go to the Shopping Cart and check the composition of the order. If necessary, the extra product can be removed, the quantity of the product can be changed.
Choose the delivery method.
Select or add a new delivery address.
Select the payment method. In the Shopping Cart, you see only those payment methods that are available.
Check if all the order parameters are specified correctly.
Click the "Pay for the order" button.
Pay for the order using the selected method.
After placing an order, it will be displayed in the "Purchases"/"Delivery" section. It may sometimes take several minutes to display the order.

Return of goods

There are two types of return:

  • Return of goods of proper quality 
  • Return of goods due to defects/inconsistencies

The period of return of the goods of proper quality is 14 days from the date of receipt.

Conditions:

Full package preserved.
The product was not in use.
The presentation has been preserved (seals, factory labels, labels have not been violated, there is factory packaging if it is part of the presentation of the product).
Consumer properties are preserved.
The product should not be included in the list of goods of proper quality that cannot be exchanged/returned after purchase.
To return the goods, the receipt is not necessary, since the information about purchases is stored in your Personal Account.

Refund Policy

How do I return an item that didn't fit?

You can return an item of proper quality that did not fit within 14 days from the date of purchase.

The product can be returned, subject to the "Return Rules".

The product can be returned by post (no prior refund is required).

How can I return the product due to a defect or non-conformity?

Upon receipt of the goods, they must be checked for compliance with the order and the absence of defects. If a defect or a complete set error is detected, refuse the product immediately.

If a manufacturing defect or nonconformity is detected after purchase:

Contact the Seller or Customer Support.
Attach some product photos and videos. The requirements are specified in the section. Photos and videos can be taken at the time of registration.
Describe in detail the identified defect/discrepancy and the circumstances of the detection.
Wait for the application to be considered. 
Upon an approved application, return the goods by post, and you will get a refund within 30 days.
